Reporting to the Chairman & CEO, Josh will be responsible for startup of the firm's first flagship manufacturing facility, including all systems, processes, procedures, policies and administration issues. He'll also need to staff the facility in order to achieve objectives. He's excited by the prospects:

Promotion to Vice President Manufacturing on startup of the second facility is projected within 12 months. Owners and investors are all retired rubber and automotive millionaires who had careers in the industries where the material has and will be used. This is an exceptional group of individuals who will be both a pleasure and education to work with.

"The main challenges I had to be overcome were:1) Loss of confidence from a prior poor decision 6 years earlier that resulted in a job title two levels lower. 2) Poor physical presentation due to age and physical size, roughly 200 pounds too heavy. I walked two miles daily to regain muscle tone and endurance. 3) Experience in nine different industries, which meant high level industry penetration had not been achieved. 4) Not a good networker, and traditional resume presented too many perceived negatives."
